Terms of use and warranty

Subscriptions

All types of subscriptions available on the Udemyplus platform are dedicated to recorded courses only, and do not include live courses. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the specified date and are not subject to refund or replacement policy. The initial subscription fee, renewal fee, or replacement cannot be refunded or replaced. If you wish not to renew your subscription, you must cancel it before the renewal date by clicking on the profile picture, selecting Subscription Management, then Cancel Subscription. The subscription will remain active until the end of its term without renewal. New courses are added to subscriptions at the beginning of each month, not immediately upon release on the platform. Udemyplus reserves the right to renew or not renew subscriptions, as well as to change the subscription fee after the expiration of the previous subscription.

Updates

In some courses, core updates may be included in the course content for free, which includes adding up to 5 new lectures as content updates. For comprehensive updates, a completely new course will be created. It should be noted that the new course will not be automatically available to previous purchasers and will be treated as a completely new course. If the subscriber wishes to obtain the new course, they will need to purchase it. For subscribers of the general subscription in different packages, core updates will be added to the course or the updated new course for free.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the specified date and are not subject to refund and replacement policy. Under no circumstances can the initial subscription fee, renewal fee, or replacement be refunded. The following conditions apply to purchased courses: You can replace the course with another course of the same or lesser value within 30 days (replacement can only be done once and cannot be repeated), and if replaced, a refund cannot be issued. Payments made through Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or bank transfers are not subject to refund policy, and refunds cannot be claimed at any time. A refund of the course fee can be requested within 14 days (provided that no previous replacement has been made) subject to the following conditions evaluated by the platform’s AI programs. Deviation from any of the following conditions nullifies the refund or replacement agreement and cannot be executed under any circumstances. You must have downloaded (or attempted to download) any content from the course or any content from any course within the diploma (lecture – book – attachments). You must have completed more than 20% of the course or any course within the diploma. The decision of the AI programs regarding refund or replacement is final and cannot be disputed under any circumstances. You agree to this agreement when subscribing to the course or diploma, and purchasing the course or subscription in itself constitutes agreement to the agreement. If the conditions are met, the replacement can be done with the same value within 30 days without any additional fees. If the conditions are met, the course or diploma fee can be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee and bank transfers. The fees are refunded to the same payment method within 10 working days from the date of request. The fees are refunded in the same currency and value paid (if paid in pounds, the amount will be refunded in pounds). Under no circumstances can the course or diploma fee be claimed after 14 days, even if the conditions are met. Under no circumstances can the course or diploma be replaced after 30 days, even if the conditions are met. Replacement or refund cannot be claimed for any courses within diplomas as the diploma is considered one integrated course. Updates within diplomas include courses you have purchased. If a new course is added to the diploma, the update or addition does not include that course, and you will need to purchase the new course if desired. Refund requests during offer periods are not considered and are decided upon after the offer period ends. In case the promo code (discount coupon) is not activated, it cannot be claimed to be activated or settled under any circumstances.

License and Terms of Use

By accessing the Udemyplus educational platform, you agree to comply with the terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms include the following: All materials on this platform are protected under copyright law, intellectual property protection law, and applicable trademark law. All materials on this platform cannot be downloaded by default (except as allowed by add-ons, software, and the like), and attempting to download them by any unlawful means is a violation of the law and will be subject to legal action and prosecution. Materials cannot be used for any commercial purpose or for any general purpose (commercial or non-commercial). Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials from the platform’s site for personal and non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of ownership. The platform makes every effort to obtain the highest possible quality of curricula, educational lectures, books, and course supplements, and you can ensure the suitability of the curriculum and content for your requirements before subscribing, as the platform provides a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days for replacement or 14 days for refund according to the terms and conditions stated in the following paragraphs.

Cautions

Attempting to decode or reverse-engineer any software on the platform’s site. Removing any copyright, watermark, or any other annotations or any other ownership from the materials. Transferring the materials to another person or “copying” the materials to any other server. Attempting to download any content that violates regulations will result in immediate subscription cancellation if done without prior warning, and you cannot claim to re-subscribe again. This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination of your viewing of these materials or upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic format or printed.
